Our new online Help Desk system is up and running! 

You can now submit your support requests on-line whether the request is for Website changes or Printer problems and be gauranteed a fast response time!  After your request has been submitted the appropriate support staff will be notified immediately and the work prioritized and scheduled.  You will recieve instant feedback and will be notified through all phases of an open issue.  A case number is assigned and can be used to reference issues as well as search for information on an issue.  You can log in at any time to check the status and notes of any or all of your open requests!
