The Montopolis Group is planning to upgrade a core component in our mail infrastructure which may affect your email!

You can help to prevent interruption of your email by making the changes outlined below.

For all of our customers who currently use Outlook and "POP" off of our servers, meaning you are not using exchange, please follow the steps below.

**Note: All of our TotalCare subscribers will not need to make any changes, we will make the necessary changes for you.

You will need to update your pop and smtp server settings within Outlook to point to "mail.yourdomain.com" instead of "pop3.yourdomain.com" and "smtp.yourdomain.com".
