Job Description:
Provide admin and operational support such as:
- Answer phones
- Coordinate Technician Calendar/Schedule
- Manage Client Support Requests via Ticketing System
- Light Filing
- Data Entry
- Following up on messages with customers
Work Schedule: Flexible Around Your Schedule (At least 15-20 hours per week, between hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday)
Qualifications:
- Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Take initiative to get projects done and assume responsibility for projects.
- Must be able to type effectively without looking at keyboard.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft related products including, Windows and Office.
